where IRCops/Admins will vote whether you will
be send for a test from the Oper Training Department.
If you pass the test you shall once more go on
a board for an interview from the Admins after
which you will be contacted by the Staff Recruiting
Team whether you will be a Staff or NOT. Submitting
the application form does not mean you are a staff.
